What is Manuel?

Manuel is an independent aperitif brand created and produced in the Basque Country.

Through our vermouths, we explore distinctive flavours while keeping one thing essential: they must always be enjoyable to drink. Manuel Rojo balances sweetness, warm spices and refreshing bitterness, while Manuel Extra Dry offers a dry, saline character inspired by Basque pickled guindillas.

Served over ice, shared around a table or mixed into cocktails, Manuel is made for good food, good company and long aperitifs.
